Every piece from The Wit Lab is made just for you — printed individually the moment you place your order. This means no dead stock, no waste, and a product that's genuinely yours. We stand behind every item we ship.

What We Guarantee

If your order arrives misprinted, physically damaged, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right — a brand new replacement, shipped to you at absolutely no cost.

How to Claim a Replacement

We just need two things from you, within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. An unboxing video — a single continuous video starting with the sealed, labelled package, showing the item being opened. This is required by our fulfillment partner to process the claim.
  2. Clear photos of the issue + your order number — sent to contact@thewitlab.in

Once our team confirms the defect, your replacement goes into production immediately.

Tip: We recommend filming a quick unboxing whenever your order arrives — it takes 60 seconds and ensures you're always covered.

Sizing & Fit

Because each item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for size or fit preferences. We know that's not ideal, so here's what we ask:

  • Check our size guide before ordering — it's linked on every product page
  • Our garments follow standard measurements with a tolerance of ±0.5 inches, which is normal for apparel

Order Cancellations

We start production quickly so your order reaches you faster. You can cancel for a full refund within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, your item is already being made.
